Eugenio da Venezia (Venezia 1900/1992) è stato tra i fondatori del gruppo “I giovani di Palazzo Carminati”, artisti che si opponevano alla tradizione accademica veneziana, attraverso una pittura più moderna, legata ad un post-impressionismo europeo, con toni chiari ed una pennellata più vivace. Eugenio da Venezia ha esposto alla Biennale di Venezia nel 1932, 34, 35 per il XL Anniversario, 36, 38, 40, 42, 48, 50, 56. Oggi vi voglio proporre questo olio su tela di cm. 60/80 intitolato “Michela con i fiori” eseguito nel 1976.
